Boodla exists both as a non-profit organization and a non-profit-distributing limited company. The organizations have different focus areas but both work towards the same goal. That life in cities should become more sustainable both ecologically and socially and that sustainable food should be ubiquitous in society both at the system and individual level.
We are looking for you who want to be involved in developing cities that do not parasitize the earth’s crust but instead are integrated parts of the ecosystem where people, animals and plant life can thrive. This mainly applies to issues concerning soil health, food systems and social values.

Internship

Who are you? You should have a great interest in people, farming and nature. You are studying or have recently completed studies in a profession that is relevant to us. It does not have to be a “getting-your-hands-dirty” work, but something YOU feel that YOU want to contribute to and that is aligned with what Boodla wants to achieve and where Boodla’s work area is relevant to you.
You will need to be able to work both independently and in teams. You thrive with changing tasks and show your own initiative. You see your work as part of the bigger picture and you appreciate that we help each other in the team with different tasks. Both practical and theoretical.
Requirements
Enrolled in education or recently graduated. Or on leave to test new ways.

We welcome gardening students who want to learn more about how we work as often as we can.
You will work together with the organization management to develop systems and ideas that suit Boodla and the times we live in.

When, where, how long?
The internship can vary in length and commitment depending on your profile, but for it to be meaningful, at least 50% commitment is required.
